Chef Jimmy Stafford
Chef Jimmy Stafford is a visionary culinary leader with a career spanning elite kitchens and innovative ventures. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, his early achievements include transforming Donderos at the Grand Hyatt Kauai into one of Hawaii’s top five restaurants.
He has honed his expertise through leadership roles in Manhattan, Kauai, and Southern California, mastering diverse cuisines and hospitality operations. As the founder of Stafford Prime, he has built a thriving catering and meal delivery business, evolving it into The Parlor, an elevated Italian café concept. Driven by creativity and a commitment to community, Chef Jimmy continues to redefine modern dining with excellence and authenticity.
Chef Max Zhukov
Chef Max’s charm and positive energy earned him an apprenticeship with Stafford Prime. The early years dedicated to working alongside Chef Jimmy helped grow Stafford Prime in the premier corporate catering and meal delivery service in Orange County.
Chef Max is a steward of excellence and has a unique discipline, combining power and finesse which is showcased through his current work in The Parlor kitchen making traditional pastas and classic Neapolitan style pizza.
