Stafford Prime begins as Stafford Prime Meats, a business plan for a butcher shop with locally-sourced heritage pigs, pasture raised sheep & chickens

Stafford Prime Meats began hosting chef table dinners & personal chef services part time. Contemplating a name for the company, Jimmy decides to drop “Meats” from his butcher shop plan and the name Stafford Prime was established.
